Warranty and complaints policy

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS POLICY

1. Statutory liability

The Seller is liable for defects of the goods for a period of two (2) years from delivery.

Defects that appear within the first year are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

2. Submitting a complaint

Complaints must be submitted in writing:

Please include:

  • proof of purchase
  • description of the defect
  • photos (if possible)

The Seller will respond within 14 days.

3. Remedy of defect

The Seller has the right to:

  • repair the product
  • replace the product
  • reduce the price
  • issue a refund

4. Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by improper maintenance
  • trick riding, racing or extreme use
  • unauthorized modifications
  • damage caused by rental or commercial use

5. Batteries

Battery lifespan depends on usage. Warranty applies according to manufacturer terms.

6. Transport damage

In case of transport damage, the Buyer must notify the Seller as soon as possible and provide photos.
