TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
(TÕUKERATAS.ee – PlayArt OÜ)
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) regulate the sale and purchase of goods via the online store TÕUKERATAS.ee (hereinafter “Online Store”).
1.2. The Online Store is operated by PlayArt OÜ (registry code 12163003), address Pärnu mnt. 26, 10141 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter “Seller”).
1.3. By placing an order, the customer (hereinafter “Buyer”) confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
1.4. These Terms apply to all sales contracts concluded in the Online Store.
1.5. The contractual language is Estonian.

3. Placing orders and conclusion of contract
3.1. The Buyer selects products and adds them to the shopping cart.
3.2. The order is considered placed once the Buyer confirms and pays for it.
3.3. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation by email.
3.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.
3.5. The Seller may cancel the order if:
- the product is out of stock;
- there is an obvious pricing error or technical issue;
- the Buyer’s information is incorrect or incomplete.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
4.2. Delivery costs may be added and are displayed before confirming the order.
4.3. Payment is made via the available payment methods in the Online Store.
4.4. If payment is not received within 7 days, the Seller may cancel the order.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery time is generally 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Delivery time starts from receipt of payment.
5.3. If delivery is not possible, the Buyer will be informed and refunded within 14 days.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receiving the goods.
6.2. Withdrawal must be communicated via email.
6.3. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging, except for inspection purposes.
6.4. The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in value.
6.5. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless agreed otherwise.
6.6. Refunds are made within 14 days.
7. Complaints
7.1. The Seller is liable for non-conformity within 2 years.
7.2. Defects within 1 year are presumed to exist at delivery.
7.3. Complaints must be submitted within 2 months.

7.6. Remedies include repair, replacement or refund.
8. Warranty
8.1. Manufacturer warranty may apply.
8.2. Warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, extreme use and modifications.
9. Liability
9.1. Products may be dangerous; use at own risk.
9.2. Protective gear is recommended.
9.3. Seller is not liable for misuse-related damages.
10. Intellectual property
10.1. All content belongs to the Seller.
10.2. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Personal data
Processed according to privacy policy.
12. Dispute resolution
12.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation.
12.2. Consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
12.3. EU ODR: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
12.4. Estonian law applies.
13. Amendments
The Seller may update these Terms.
